Design Stages

Initial Consultation
In this first meeting Helia will sit down with you and try to get to know you and your taste better.
This is going to be a very friendly and casual chat in which, you could let Helia know if you have any preference over the Styles, Colour Schemes or anything design related.
In case you have any existing drawings, photos, measurements of you place, PLEASE bring them up with you.
Concept Presentation
This is going to be a supper fun session, in this meeting Helia Presents a Look & Feel ideas with you based on your preferences and your needs based on the previous meeting’s outcomes.
In this presentation, you will see some initial concept ideas, inspiration Interior design photos, finishes and colour schemes.
Helia tries to give you an overall idea on your finial deliveries.
You will be given an initial concept design package after this meeting!
Process:
We need to have your house measured layout/Floor plan, in case you do not have it, do not worry, we can come to your place and do the measurement by our team to produce an existing floor plan.
Design Development
At this stage, we refine the initial concept and bring it to life with detailed plans, layouts, and 3D visualisations. We focus on optimising space, selecting materials, and ensuring the design is both functional and aesthetically cohesive. This is where your vision starts taking shape before moving into the final selection and execution phases.
FF&E Schedules
In these Schedules we are going to specify all the finishes and fixtures from different suppliers. We will provide you with the actual finishes samples and will give you spread sheet of all and every single item that you will need to purchase for fulfilling your requirements including renovations or changing the interior layout, design and decorations.
In a more simplified language, it means you will not have to worry about finding your desirable items among all different suppliers in the market and we will do that for you based on your budget and the agreed designs from previous stages.
Documentation Phase
After having all the designs and finishes approved by you, we will be able to provide you with the shop drawing layouts which will be the guide for the actual building/upgrading and renovation in a more accurate way.
